PROPHECY - ARGENTINA WILL WIN THE WORLD CUP: PASTOR IDAH PETERSIDE

Former Moroka Swallows goal keeper and now pastor of Christ Ambassadors Church, Kempton Park, Johannesburg, South Africa - Pastor Idah Peterside on Friday took to twitter to announce that Argentina would win the World Cup in Russia. Pastor Peterside during his playing days once got a call up to the Super Eagles but never manned the post for Nigeria in any tournament.

In his tweet, Pastor Idah said as follows:

"I gave a prophecy that Argentina will win the World Cup on the first of January (sic). i (sic) sat down watching and wishing Nigeria will win and remembering the foolishness of my prophecy if Nigeria won. Let God be true and every man a lier. (sic)"

Reactions have continued to follow his post on social media with many saying that they are watching to see if his prophecy would come to pass.
