Portuguese International and Real Madrid star, Cristiano Ronaldo was on sung on Tuesday night when he scored a brace (the first in the third minute) to help Madrid set one foot at the semi finals in a tense game with Italian side, Juventus who had a man sent off and were playing with ten men for a better part of the encounter.
Juventus lost by 3 goals to nil but the high point of the game was the second goal scored by the Portuguese in the 64th minute. It was a spectacular over head kick making it his 39th goal across all competitions for Real Madrid this season. Ronaldo stunned Buffon who was hapless in goal for the Italian champions.
Ronaldo was equally appreciative of the Juventus fans who celebrated his goal even though their side were losing. It was spectacular.
