There is no doubt that apart from creating a platform on social media to sell his books, Ukraine-based Pastor Sunday Adelaja has a dislike for ministers of the gospel who manifest spiritual gifts. Under the guile of correcting errors, it is crystal clear that his dislike for gifted ministers knows no bounds. The vexed question is, was Sunday Adelaja always critical of spiritual gifts in the past?
Before his current opposition to men of God with spiritual gifts, Pastor Sunday Adelaja loved prophets and prophecies. He invited and gave opportunities to a prophet, Pastor Austin Moses to minister in his Ukraine-based church. Here are some of the videos:
The two videos above show Pastor Adelaja happy receiving prophecies from Nigerian prophet, Pastor Austin Moses. What later changed? Why is Pastor Adelaja now sceptical of prophets, prophecies and spiritual gifts? Why the unwarranted attacks against Dr Chris Okafor and Apostle Johnson Suleman under different guises?
The major reason why Pastor Sunday hates prophets is because one of those who exposed his amorous affairs with several women was a reporter who posed as a prophet. While he spoke with Pastor Sunday and said that the videos and photos with the ladies accusing Pastor Adelaja will be delete miraculously he chorused 'amen.' Which can be considered as an indictment.
