UNIVERSITY OF ILORIN BANS STUDENTS FROM FIXING HAIR ATTACHMENTS

The University of Ilorin in central Nigeria has issued a statement banning indecent dressing on campus by students. In a circular titled "DRESS CODE,"  the university, a federal institution, curiously outlaws the uncovering of hair and fixing of hair attachment.
