Cape Town, the serene and attractive tourism hub in South Africa, a city close to the ocean is ironically about to run out of water soon. The day that the taps in the city will eventually run dry is now referred to as the 'day zero.'
Residents in the city are advised to limit bathing to only a minute and 30 seconds and to recycle bath water to flush toilets in order to conserve water as the dams continue to go down to a level that will be impossible to pump water to households.
The drought being experienced is thought to be as result of climate change.
