No man is an island; even a General is produced by somebody. Some
are products of combination of grace. People are programmed to
contribute to your make-up. May you identify them and tap into what they
have for you. Not every prophet is sent to you. You have your own
Apostle.
Do you know that T.L.Osborn and Daisy Osborn once
returned to America from India with frustrations. They were declared
failures in ministry, because they could not win
converts as missionaries. They later became struggling pastors with no
success. One day, they attended a program organized by William Branham,
and there was impartation, contagious anointing turned things around,
they met their destiny prophet, and rose to destiny prominence .
Everyone is link to someone, who in turn is link to someone. Peter had
his Andrew, Paul had his Bannabas. In the contemporary time, it's the
same. According to Oladele Idowu who you meet determines who meet you.
Who you see determines who sees you in this world, Osborn story is the
same with that of A.A. Allen. Sumrall had his Wigglesworth, Hagin had
his Kenyon, Lake had Alexander Dowie, Lindsay had his Lake .In Africa,
Idahosa had his Osborn and Elton, Adeboye, Kumuyi and Oyedepo, all had
ministerial turn around, at Kenneth Haggin Tent meeting. Gbile Akanni
had his Elton; Oyedepo had Adeboye, while Enenche, Ibiyiomie, and some
of their generation have Oyedepo etc.
We all need spiritual link, we are not alone on our way to destiny, God has positioned people along our path to make them brighter, and brighter, we need them. These are the links from obscurity to greatness, from famine to plenty, from efforts to grace, from lack to excess, from vision to fulfillment, from struggle to favor. I pray that the next link to your next stage manifests now in Jesus name.
As many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. We all need God’s leading and direction. 19 years old Kayy Gordon was sitting in her church in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, when she received a vision of herself preaching the gospel to native people in the windswept tundra. More than 50 years later, the Nunavut territory of northern Canada is sprinkled with churches planted by Gordon and now led by national pastors she trained, It was God, she said, I had so little to do with it, I just happened to be at the right place at the right time. CLEAR VISION! God still speak definitely today, may you receive clear, definite leading from God, in Jesus name.
The popular YALE FIVE were young men who graduated from Yale University. They discovered their purpose on campus that they were to reach the Auca Indians in Ecuador with the gospel. The Aucas were one of the most wicked, hostile and anti-visitors people group in the modern world. They used their skill in piloting and Aeronautic engineering to use planes in dropping food and other items for the Aucas for some years, they learnt their language in a difficult way, they eventually entered to preach. The Aucas killed all the five, when USA, their home country wanted to fight back, their wives stopped them, and took over the missions. Under the ministry of their wives, Aucas, as one man gave their lives to Jesus. The very man who killed the missionaries became the Pastor who later baptized the missionaries children. It was one of the Yale Five who said, "he is no fool, who give what he cannot keep for what he cannot loose". Christianity is more than a religion, it's not a social club, ministry is not a career, not all of us are called to die, but we all have specific assignments, Lord, help me to know and do the specific duties expected of me, before I see you in glory. I don't want to be lost in church works. Friends, what is really your life purpose?
From small beginnings in a rented studio in 1973, The Trinity Broadcasting Network, TBN, under Paul and Jan Crouch, Assemblies of God youths, has become the world largest religious network and America's most-watched faith channel, by some estimates, it is the seventh largest television network of any kind in the world. Billions have turned in to TBN, and at least 25 million people have come to faith in Jesus through TBN's ministry. What does this mean to you? Christian youths must rise up to the challenges of creativity, everything is not falling down and rising under anointing, everything is not dancing and jumping, everything is not prophets laying hands and demanding big seeds. In addition to spirituality, there must be ingenuity, creativity, vision, clear purpose and focus. I have seen youths fighting over doctrines on Facebook; I wish they rather fight over their contributions to knowledge, their discoveries and new breakthrough that can solve our multi-dimensional problems as a people. Well made-up face is not enough if the head is empty. Friends, there is something special about you, I wish you discover it on time, you are full of treasures, you are God's multi-billion investment, I wish you know. My prayers for you is may your eyes of understanding be opened, to discover what God handed over to you for your generation, they need it, and you have it. The Pillar of the cloud by the day, and the pillar of fire by the night are still available today; allow God to lead you, everywhere is not your Goshen.
a. God asked Abraham to follow him, and Abraham never regretted. He left a well advanced Mesopotamia, a cradle of civilization, a well developed society with good financial system, cuneiform system of writings, good legal system, based on Hammurabi codes, to an unknown place. Abraham dwelt in tents with his descendants, yet, they were in His will, today, the plan is now clear.
b. Israelites followed Him all through the wilderness, they were not faster than him, they never allowed him to leave them behind, and they enjoyed his supernatural coverings all through the day and night.
c. Saul needed to meet Samuel hence, God orchestrated the meeting, using the lost ass as a point of contact.
d. David needed Jonathan, though God anointed him to be king, he was multi-talented to be, the people loved and expected him, yet, he needed the friendship of Jonathan.
e. Barnabas helped Paul to be all that God wanted him to be.
f. Robert Schuler was a student pastor with little vision of greatness until he met Norman Vincent Peale, the builder and pastor of classic Marble Collegiate church; this birthed the vision of Crystal Cathedral in him.
g. Oral Robert & Billy Graham needed each other at their critical moments in ministry.
h. John Wesley once drank from the cistern of his spiritual son, Zinzendorf.
i. It was Pa S.G. Elton, who connected Idahosa with T.L.Osborn, thereby kick started one of the greatest era in Nigeria Pentecostal church evolution.
j. Paul Eneche and Sam Adeyemi have narrated several times the impart of their meeting with Bishop Oyedepo.
k. Oyedepo will never forget the impact of the white woman (teacher), and Idahosa among others
l. UNILAG once connected Wale Oke& Pastor Adeboye & Rev Dr. Mike Oye etc.
From today, you will no longer be confused. The Lord will guide, lead, and direct you. His eyes shall watch over you. You won't be too fast, or too slow. Everything that makes God to be God shall be deployed in your Favour. You will miss nothing good, loose nothing special and fail only in nothing. You are destined to make Him happy, and His love will make it happen in Jesus name.
